Scott Carter

My name is Scott Carter and I am an introvert who makes his living talking about stuff. I have an MDiv and over 20 years experience in ministry ranging from pastor to seminary professor to nursery worker. I teach religion survey courses at a community college. I also write role playing games, weird fiction, and books about faith and popular culture. God's Mote is my blog,a place where we look at religion in the media and try to unpack it. It updates every Tuesday and Thursday, with bonus material on a less regular schedule.
