Dan Chavkin

Dan Chavkin is a photographer and published author of four books. Having studied at the prestigious Art Center in Pasadena, California, Dan began photographing celebrities for major magazines such as W, Harper’s Bazaar, Interview, New York, Newsweek and Los Angeles Magazine. He then shifted his focus to photographing the wealth of midcentury modern architecture in Palm Springs, California where he now resides. His forthcoming book will be on the topic of post-war outdoor furniture with co-author Jeffrey Head.
