Wolfram Mueller

Wolfram Müller, born in 1969, holds degrees in Mechatronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. He began his career in medical technology, working in development and manufacturing, where he gained a solid foundation in classical project management as a project manager.

While still at university, he also worked as a freelancer on numerous software development projects. During that time, he discovered his passion for fast-moving, dynamic projects and for the question of how teams can deliver reliable results even at high speed.

For more than 14 years, Wolfram Müller worked at 1&1 Internet AG, first as a developer and later as Manager of the Project Office. Across more than 500 projects, he built extensive experience in both technical and organizational leadership roles. Along the way, he combined classical project management with ideas from Lean, Agile, Critical Chain, and High-Speed Project Management.

To this day, his work is driven by speed, throughput, reliability, and agility — and above all by what successful projects create in people: that spark in their eyes, or simply pure flow.
