Joye Emmens

Joye was born in Santa Barbara, California. She enjoyed a successful career in environmental health before joining a biotechnology company to support the research and development of innovative cures for serious illnesses. She lives in Ventura, California with her husband. She's Gone won the 2016 Reader Views Readers Choice Award for literary fiction.
