Eric Christeson

Dr. Eric J. “Rick” Christeson founded Dynamic Interface Systems Corporation in 1982. As Chairman of the Board, Rick has spearheaded a team effort to cultivate strong sales and earnings growth while insuring stability and long-term survival by acquiring or developing easy-to-learn, affordable, technologically advanced products to assist the financial lending industry.

Prior to Dynamic Interface Systems Corporation, Rick spent twenty years in senior financial and line management positions in both small and Fortune 100 companies. During his tenure as CFO of a troubled, high-tech electronics firm, Rick restructured and refinanced the firm that then regained its NASDAQ listing and subsequent acceptance on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX). Rick is CAPM, PMP and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBBC) certified. His additional experiences include controller of the $400-million division of a Fortune 100 company and several years contracting with the U.S. Department of Defense.

Dr. Christeson has launched products that netted astounding amounts. It’s this collaborative leadership and business model—the types that result in innovation, and growth—that he now shares. He has received many business and product awards, publishes frequently and has been quoted many times, frequent speaker of Lender Associations, and Best Selling Author regarding collection matters and methods, litigation, liquidation and regulatory requirements, corporate and individual investigations.

Despite a work ethic and schedule that would make lesser men cry “Uncle,” in 2004 Rick's wife and son met him at the door as he arrived home from the office. He was greeted with the words, “Alex wants to join the Cub Scouts, Dear.” Not one to shy away from a challenge, Rick began what he then called his “second full-time job” as leader of a 160-youth Cub Scout pack for the Boy Scouts of America. Of his experiences in Boy Scouting, too numerous to mention, Rick says, “Scouting has changed my life forever, just as Scouting has changed the lives of boys everywhere forever.”

As often happens when one excels at one’s job, the Boy Scouts soon asked Rick to build a district leadership team as District Chairman—ultimately comprised of 6,000 youth, 2,500 adult leaders, 190 units and 81 committee members; achieving Journey to Excellence’s Gold District award; while leading this major scouting district in one of America's top three markets. The Boy Scouts of America is one of the nation's largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations. The BSA provides a program for young people that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness. He recently received the Silver Beaver Award from the Boy Scouts of America; “The Silver Beaver Award is received for service of exceptional character to boyhood by registered Scouters, Cubbers, and Explorer leaders…” His proudest award is the Vigil Honors Rank given by the National Order of the Arrow Organization, the Boy Scouts of America’s National Honors Society.

Dr. Christeson received three Quilly Awards from the National Academy of Best Selling Authors in the past two years. The Quilly is an honorary statue presented to authors who have achieved best-seller status, made by the same people who make the Oscar Statue. With the awards, all three books were also awarded Editor’s Choice Awards: Victory written with Tom Hopkins, SuccessOnomics with Steve Forbes and Winning Way with Brian Tracy.

In his free time outside of work, volunteering and writing best-sellers, Dr. Christeson sits on the Board of Directors for several other organizations. He and his family have been quiet, contributing members of the Unity Church of Unity Village, Missouri for the past 14 years.

Rick served honorably in the US Air Force, obtaining a Top Secret Cryptographic “codeword” Clearance.
