Timothy J. Tobin

Tim is a learning and leadership development professional committed to helping individuals and organizations reach their greatest potential. He currently works for Choice Hotels International as the Head of Franchisee Architecture & Design, Onboarding, and Learning. Previously, he was Vice President of Global Leadership Development for Marriott International and held talent management roles for Baker Tilly and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Tim is a thought leader and frequent speaker at national conferences and local events. His work is featured in several professional, business, and academic publications. He received his Doctorate in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University. On a personal note, Tim is an endurance athlete and has completed more than 14 marathons and over a dozen Ironman triathlons.
