Alyssa is a Pastry Chef in New York City. She has a boutique cake company called AllyCakesNYC and has notable clients such as HGTV, The Food Network, Norma Kamali, CBS Interactive and many more! She has also competed on The Food Network's show Sweet Genius. This is her first book in The Mimi's Adventures and Baking series.
