Eoin O'Leary

Eoin is a Senior Lecturer in Economics at University College Cork, Republic of Ireland. He is an internationally recognized expert on Irish economic development, with over 30 full length publications including 3 papers in the high impact journal Regional Studies and an edited book on Irish regional development (The Liffey Press, 2003). Eoin was the first Irish person to be elected as Chair of the British and Irish section of the Regional Science Association International. He has 30 years teaching experience and a long record of consultancy for businesses and policy bodies in Ireland. Eoin has pioneered executive development workshops on innovation for small businesses in west Cork.
