Jeffrey Bedeaux (1973- ) born & raised in Lakeville, MN. Honorably discharged veteran (US Army). Colorado State class of 1998 B.S. Biochemistry, minors in Chemistry and Microbiology. 16 years experience working in the biochemistry and clinical chemistry fields.

Been reading bodybuilding books (200+) since the mid-1980's, have had various bodybuilding magazine subscriptions starting in 1990, and started bodybuilding in the early-1990's. Started writing about fitness in 1998, published first bodybuilding ebooks in 2004, and been writing about bodybuilding and fitness for 17 years.
