Kerrie Price

Kerrie is a retired pastor and author, who has been involved in Christian ministry for over 40 years, mainly in the areas of pastoral care, discipleship, and training of upcoming leaders.

In earlier years she trained children’s workers and upcoming leaders of various denominations in many churches around Queensland Australia and was a consultant to churches regarding their children’s ministry. She was also a pastor’s wife, assisting in pastoring some small churches.

Her passion has always been to mobilize the church at large to rise up and be the church God intended us to be. Kerrie’s desire to help people reach their full potential in Christ is clearly demonstrated in her book, Answer the Call. Her book is written in the style of a training course, suitable for personal reflection or small group studies.

She has written and taught a number of discipleship and leadership training courses over the years, which were well received in the local church. She completed a two-year course at Renewal Ministry Training College, Salisbury Australia and has a Cert 4 in Training and Assessment.

In the early 1990’s she led a team of people involved in healing ministry, at Spring Street Assembly of God, Toowoomba, and in 1997 was invited to join the pastoral team at Redlands Fellowship, Victoria Point Qld. In 2005 she became an Assistant Pastor at The Rock Christian Church, Capalaba Qld, where she continued to minister until her retirement in 2014.
