Joseph Isaiah

Captain Joseph Isaiah wrote his first article for a local newspaper at the age of sixteen with his sister. Overjoyed at seeing the printed version, it gave him a sense of great achievement, something not felt before, especially in the seventies where things are very much limited.

Having a career at sea, he is no stranger to piracy warnings at various hotspots around the world which he has sailed through.

Sailing as captain around the world, some piracy hotspots are difficult to avoid and has encountered close quarter incidences with suspected pirates. This has prompted him to write a compelling novel, Calm Seas Stormy Ship, to describe a possible piracy scenario on board a seagoing ship.
