Andy Hayner

Andy is the founder of Full Speed Impact Ministries, and the Full Speed Impact Academy. Andy is widely recognized for having a gift to impart a profound revelation of the believer's union with Jesus Christ in a simple, understandable way that unleashes greater depths of the love and power of God. Andy is passionate about mobilizing every believer to walk in fullness of Jesus Christ and multiply disciples worldwide. Andy has over twenty-five years of ministry experience and travels widely as an international conference speaker and mentor as he ministers to churches, small groups, conferences, and individuals. He and his wife, Tina, are hosts of the weekly podcast "Sons and Daughters Podcast." He has a passion for hands-on disciple making that has been developed through a variety of roles, including missionary, a senior pastor, a church planter, and as a regional director for John G. Lake Ministries. He holds a Masters of Divinity from Columbia International University Graduate School of Missions. He resides in Wisconsin with his wife and three children.
