Jen DeCurtins is an experienced fitness professional, yoga teacher, blogger and freelance writer. In 2011, she left a six-year career in advertising to pursue her dream of making her passion for health and fitness her full-time work.
Jen is a NASM certified personal trainer, 200-hour registered yoga teacher, CrossFit coach and group exercise instructor. She is the creator of the popular healthy lifestyle blog Peanut Butter Runner where she shares daily updates about food, fitness and yoga.
Jen's core training book, Ultimate Plank Fitness, was released in April 2015. In December 2015 she will release a second book on yoga inversions, arm balances and advanced postures.
A native of Georgia and a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Public Relations, Jen now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
