Randy Kluver

Randy Kluver is Associate Provost at OSU Global and Dean of the School of Global Studies at Oklahoma State University, where he also serves as Professor and holds the Don and Cathey Humphreys Endowed Chair in Global Studies. His research explores global media, digital and cultural diplomacy, the Internet in Asian societies, globalization, and the geopolitical impact of new media. With seven years of experience in Asia, Dr. Kluver is a recognized expert in Asian politics and new media. He has taught at Jiangxi Normal University (China), National University of Singapore, and Nanyang Technological University (Singapore). In 2017, he was a visiting fellow at the University of Canterbury (New Zealand), and in 2012, he received a Fulbright Award in South Korea.
