John David Ferrer

Born in NYC; raised and educated in San Juan, PR. he practiced law and later was an Adjunct Professor at Boston University Law School for nearly a decade . John David is dedicated to writing novels exploring the Puerto Rican experience. His debut novel, SJU/JFK , was published in March 2013. His second novel, Barcelona-Borinquen came out in November 2017. His third novel, The Shape of Courage, was published in March 2020. John David’s fourth historical novel about the island, a sequel to Barcelona Borinquen entitled My Beloved Borinquen, was published in January 2023.
