Byron is a librarian, filmmaker, and writer. He strives to watch all major category Oscar winning films from 1927 to the present. Byron has appreciated the high production quality of these films while exploring cinema history and technique. Relying on these examples as well as others, he hopes to bring insight to his video work with his wife at Thespis per Lacus Media. He had a short poem selected and published by The International Library of Poetry in 2005. Byron has been an active reviewer on Flixster.com (now RottenTomatoes.com) since 2007, to recommend good movies and warn people about bad movies. Here's a link to an interview published in a local newspaper about Byron's first book: http://westlife.northcoastnow.com/new-book-lets-fans-time-travel-through-the-movies/.
