David Ray

David "Ray" Fleming, was born in Columbus, Ohio, to parents George and Betty Fleming. A U S Army veteran of 11 years, David Ray traveled extensively throughout Europe and much of the United States before returning home to his native Ohio.

From 1988-2015, David Ray resided in the (foot hills) of North Carolina, before relocating to Ohio. His first book, "Charlie Blue Berry Fipple Berry," a book designed to help children with speech and reading difficulties, was published in 2011 and won the author much praise in the National Book Critics Circle. A side from writing Children's books, David Ray has written and published Bubonic 2000, & The Doppelgangers series, a 7-part horror book series through Iuniverse publishing.
