Jamel K. Thomas-Joyce

Jamel Thomas-Joyce is a 9 year old resident of Columbus, Ohio. He's an author, artist and illustrator. He loves sports and science almost as much as he likes to read and draw. He wrote Jamel's Deep Sea Adventure to give other children the trip he shared one summer with his Nana in Atlanta, Georgia. He'd only imagined adventures while reading books before they had this quest of their own.

He realized he knows more about his family's history & culture than most adults. His goal-to help students who have never been to the ocean, don't have money to travel or an aquarium near by. Here is the opportunity to learn about the sea & more practice for their annual test.
