Jamie Hall

Born in Morwell, Victoria on February 9, 1970. The eldest of 3 children. After finishing cooking school I worked at a local hotel doing he same thing day in day out I thought there has to be more than this.

I went to Melbourne for the weekend and knew that that was where I was meant to be. This is where I have spent years perfecting my cooking techniques in several restaurants. these events are what inspired me to get a cookbook published.
