Tim King

Tim King was born in the United Kingdom but brought up in Zimbabwe, Africa. He became a Christian in 1975 and has had a passion for the word ever since. Tim was ordained into ministry in 1980. As well as being actively involved in Christian ministry in Zimbabwe, he climbed mountains, mentored young people, ran a successful business and gained over twenty years’ experience at a senior management level. Tim has qualifications in management and business development as well as a Bachelor of Theology and a Masters of Christian Education. In November 2000 he moved to New Zealand to be involved in running bible schools, lecturing, itinerant ministry and running leadership seminars. He has travelled extensively and ministered in Africa, India, Europe, New Zealand, Australia and the USA. He has recently completed his PhD on the Assemblies of God in Zimbabwe. He presently lives near Oxford.

Tim is married to Penny and between them they have six daughters.
