Bob Griffin

Bob Griffin lives in a quiet Cotswold village with his wife, Anne, but as a younger man he fulfilled his ambition to become a merchant navy officer and travel the world. The rich rural characters of his native West Country, interesting people and places from his travels, and a love of England's industrial and rural heritage often provide the authentic backdrop for his storytelling.

Now a successful businessman, his company exports its products all over the world and has won the coveted Queens Award for Innovation, but Bobs relaxation from business is to write powerful, gripping novels, where the colour and imagery of words bring the book and its characters to life. The Hurdy Gurdy Man is his first full-length novel, but his second, about a perilous, classified and ultimately tragic expedition to the most dangerous place on earth, is due for release in 2015.
