Tom Eakin

Tom Eakin was born and raised in the Adirondack Mountains in Upstate New York. A former U.S. Army Ranger-qualified Combat Engineer Officer who developed GPS Theory, a model for values-driven success, after years of working in various corporate leadership roles. He wrote Finding Success: Get what you really want, in 2014 to help people learn how to use their values to inspire efforts and challenge the status quo in any situation through meaningful mutually beneficial relationships. Eakin is an active volunteer and advocate for veterans and entrepreneurs, speaker, author, and owner of BoomLife, LLC. He helps individuals, parents, and leaders make inspired decisions and act with conviction in a world which provides no shortage of confounding motivating and coercive forces.
