I was raised by parents who had no religion or spiritual practice whatsoever. This left me feeling lost and ungrounded. In my early teens, I constructed my own religion - I decided I believed in Truth. With determined and fearless devotion, I embarked on a journey looking for Truth in each and every moment, at any material, relational, emotional, financial, or situational expense.

Forty years and many trials later; shortly after a series of emotional collapses and heartbreaking traumas testing my devotion, my search finally came to a sudden and much welcomed end. With the guidance of one of my teachers, I saw what I am, what we all are—I awakened to my True Nature.

Since that moment, my frequent depressions and draw to chemically induced highs have vanished. What followed was an immutable grounded bliss out of which this book came to life.
