Justin Settles

Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Justin Settles has forged a career as an economist for the Federal government that spans more than 10 years.

In 2014, Justin Settles formed C. Hilliard Holdings to pursue strategic investments in markets which he identified were positioned to experience long term growth. The Company’s investment portfolio includes residential and commercial real estate, snack and food products, retail, and professional services.

Mr. Settles earned a BA in Economics from The University of Tennessee (Knoxville) and an MA in Economics from The University of Mississippi.

Justin Settles is passionate about reversing generational poverty within communities of Color. He serves as volunteer Director of Prepared for the World, whose mission is to empower youth to become leaders in their communities by emphasizing STEM, delivering workforce training, and engaging them in the issues they care about most.
