Richard Dyches

Richard W. Dyches, Ph.D., is the co-founder of Family Bridge Network, a non-profit organization that advocates for families suffering the loss of or separation from a loved one through death, military deployment, incarceration, or other causes. Through its Children Left Behind Program, the organization further advocates for children who are the forgotten victims of trauma due to the loss of or separation from their parents. The goal is to provide educational material and resources to such children and their families.

Dr. Dyches is also a psychologist and former university professor. He devotes his time to writing educational materials for adults and young children who are survivors dealing with the aftermath of major traumas, as well as creating materials for learners in nontraditional environments.

He has been a frequent lecturer at national and international workshops and conferences.
