Author Bio

I am a born, raised and educated expat South African, now an Australian citizen residing in Sydney. My tertiary education includes a BSc degree in Quantity Surveying and a Certificate in Arbitration. My experience also include two years military training in the School of Engineers South African Defence Force.

I have 36 years experience in the building and construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator varying from buildings to multi billion dollar infrastructure projects.

My book "Bipolar and I" captures my journey through life from a toddler to young adult and beyond dealing with Bipolar Mood Disorder. And the transition from "Bipolar and I" to "I and Bipolar" where I manage the monster.

I have a good sense of humour and incorporated some of it in "Bipolar and I". The book also covers my religious beliefs, some politics and science related to my dealing with Bipolar. This book I believe has a fresh approach to Bipolar and managing it, as from my own experience, adolescense and experiments in later life.
