Geri Mason is the Founder of Geri Speak, a business platform for writing, speaking, and encouraging others to reach their highest potential. She shares her many stories of overcoming obstacles, through her seminars, speaking engagements, workshops, books, and the media. She was a speaker on the panel at The Million Woman March, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1997.
Geri has written a monthly column for "Key Awareness Publishing" newspaper since 1986, and is always seeking opportunities to do free-lance writing. Her many career moves have made her unstoppable. She has worked as a television reporter, radio intern, office manager, home healthcare worker, and has owned a residential cleaning service and a transportation business. She is a self-starter with numerous years' experience in administrative/office management, television, healthcare, event planning/organizing, and residential/commercial cleaning.
Geri holds a B.S. in Office Administration from Saint Paul's College, and also studied Mass Communications at Virginia Commonwealth University. She is the mother of two daughters, one granddaughter, and one grandson. She currently resides in Richmond, Virginia.
