Jeff WL Tan

Jeff is a fiercely proud son of Singapore living in Shanghai. Before heading to China in 2006, for what's been the most amazing adventure of his life, he spent 26 years as a helicopter pilot and flight instructor with the Singapore Air Force.

Today, he helps others to Dream It and Live It through his training company, REV.

Always doing things with his signature smile and zest for life, Jeff combines coaching with the mentality of a combat pilot, education of a therapist, and passion for life change of a Master NLP Trainer.

When Jeff realized that his gift and purpose in life is to help people achieve personal excellence, he started REV to do just that – motivate and guide people to their peak performance.

He spends his time racking up miles between his two bases, Shanghai and Singapore. Always just an email away, he relishes the opportunity to create fulfilling change in his clients’ life!

As a trusted life coach to many of his clients, Jeff specializes in coaching, counseling and hypnosis therapy, all accomplished with a healthy dose of NLP. Which just means that his clients are offered practical suggestions to guide them along their journey towards personal excellence.
