Janette Bowhay

Janette Bowhay lives in West Wales with five of her eight children. She enjoys walking, dancing, good wine, watching Netflix, and reading to her heart’s content. Although not all at the same time!

Gaining a BA (hons) in English Language and Literature, Janette went on to teach English at secondary schools for eleven years. She dreamt of being a writer since she was nine years old and is now her dream has come true.

Janette has a particular passion in educating and supporting neurodiverse teenagers and young adults as two of her children have autism and learning disabilties. She has also worked in a special needs school and so understands the range of not just challenges faced but also amazing achievements.
