Kathy Baxter

Kathy is a Principal User Researcher at Google. She uses her skills in HCI, ethnography, I/O Psychology, and experimental design to create innovative experiences in the Service Cloud and across Salesforce. Previously, she worked at Google for over 10 years as a Staff User Experience Researcher & UX Infrastructure Manager. Prior to 2005, she worked as a Sr. User Experience Researcher for eBay and Oracle.

She received her MS in Engineering Psychology and a BS degree in Applied Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She actively volunteers for events to increase the number of girls and women entering STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Design, Math) fields. Her proudest achievement is her brilliant and talented daughter, Hana!
