Rahim Hirji helps organisations stay human when technology changes faster than people can adapt. He is the founder of The SuperSkills Intelligence Company and author of SuperSkills: The Seven Human Skills for the AI Age. The son of migrants who journeyed from India to East Africa to the UK, he learned early that it is not technology that carries people through eras of change but the human skills they take with them. His award-winning career in education technology began before EdTech had a name. He founded the skills platform EtonX and scaled it from China to thirty countries, and led international growth at Quizlet, one of the world's largest learning platforms. His research spans more than 200 organisations, exploring why some thrive through disruption while others fall into what he calls algorithmic drift. For ten years he has written Box of Amazing, a weekly briefing on AI, technology and human capability read by over 25,000 executives and leaders. He lives as a happy minority in his female-dominated household in London.
