I have written 4 books. The first is Illusive Love: From New York, to the Blue Ridge Mountains, Jay Boe leaves his business in the hands of the company VP and hits the open road in his 1957 Ford pickup truck in search of some kind of real meaning in his life. He has a billion dollar business, but he's just not happy. Something is missing. He bought an old estate on the lake in Blowing Rock, North Carolina, just off the Blue Ridge Parkway, in hopes of finding some peace and quiet. He never dreamed he would travel 40 years back in time and meet the girl he had always dreamed of.

It's Your Life: In his book, It’s Your Life, Gene explains what it means to reclaim your life and break away from old beliefs that are sabotaging your life. His book suggests ways to recognize these false beliefs and move forward with positive principles. He explains, as a child growing up, we have no control over what we are being taught. Good or bad, it has molded our life into the person we have become. Well-meaning parents, teachers, coaches, and friends were teaching us what was passed down to them and the cycle goes on and on until we decide to take action and change it. Gene offers suggestions on how to overcome limiting beliefs that are holding you back from achieving your dreams. He explains how you can change your reality by changing your thoughts.

Small Business Marketing:With 42 years in the Home Improvement, building and remodeling industry, I have tried hundreds of business strategies. The ones that worked were documented for future use. We were constantly working with new ideas to grow our business.

The best appointments are referrals because they are easy to close. So, the key is having enough referrals. In my book, “Small Business Marketing” I offer suggestions on how to create an immediate cash flow and drive business to your front door.

If you have been in business long enough to have a few clients, then you have a gold mine right under your nose. I will show you how to increase your cash flow and increase your business.

The business strategies I will share with you, if implemented properly, will astonish you. If you follow the steps I have laid out in this book, you will see that cash flow become a reality.

When I found this method, I never, ever knocked on another door or advertised in the yellow pages.
