Mona Williams

Mona is an inspiring and multifaceted woman of faith, committed to empowering others, especially women in ministry and business. As “The Journal Book Coach,” she helps these women self-publish customized journals, devotionals, and planners, enabling them to expand their reach and enhance their financial growth. Mona’s work bridges the gap between creativity, ministry, and business, making her a trusted resource for many.

As the CEO and Founder of Women Working the Vision (WWTV), Mona leads a faith-based cohort of women in ministerial leadership and entrepreneurship. WWTV celebrated its 10th year anniversary in April of 2024, marking a decade of inspiring and empowering women to move from receiving knowledge to actively implementing it in their lives and businesses. Through this platform, Mona has not only coached women, but has also been an integral part of their personal and professional growth.

Over the past ten years, Mona has guided countless women in bringing their book ideas to life, whether through self-publishing or coaching, and she’s incorporated biblical teachings to further support their journeys. Her ultimate goal is to continue empowering women to reach their full potential and make a lasting impact on those they are called to serve.

This year’s Women Working the Vision Annual Conference is extra special as it celebrates 10 years of ministry and impact. Each year, the organization supports a women-led nonprofit, and in 2020, it began its partnership with organizations like Not My Own, Hearts for Cancer, and VeriSource Missions, among others.

Outside her work with WWTV, Mona is an accomplished 7x Amazon best-selling author, with over 30 published works. She also hosts the MonaVations Podcast, where she ignites listeners to pursue their God-ordained purpose. In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Mona is a Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Life Coach, Board Certified Christian Counselor, and Pastor of God’s Grace Global Church, alongside her husband, Lewis.

Her dedication to serving others in both spiritual and practical ways makes Mona a powerful figure in the lives of the women she mentors and the broader community she serves.

One of her favorite scripture verses is Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end."
