John Williams

All of my life I've struggled with anxiety and depression. One of the things that would give me comfort was a good, fantastical story...one that would whisk me away to strange and mysterious places with interesting characters who would take me on a journey. I was a kid who obsessed over The Wizard of Oz, Star Wars, Star Trek, Indiana Jones, Planet of the Apes, King Kong (anything Ray Harryhausen was involved in) and the like. That creative spark lead me into a career as a producer and editor for broadcast television, the director of a handful of music videos for the band Queensryche and the writer/director of the found footage horror film "The Burningmoore Deaths." It also had me burning through books by authors Dan Brown, R.A. Salvatore, James Patterson, Robert E. Howard, J.R.R. Tolkien and Douglas Preston & Lincoln to name a few. I find it immensely thrilling to come up with my own worlds, characters and scenarios and it is my hope that in some way my creations bring the reader joy and comfort like the creations of others have for me.
