Jesse Valenciana

Jesse Valenciana is the founder and president of ManBQue, a grilling organization and lifestyle brand based in Chicago that stages events and has chapters throughout the country. Started in 2007 as a formalized guy's night out, the club has expanded to offers events including brewery tours, beer pairing dinners, and private catering in nearly a dozen cities around the world. He is co-author of “ManBQue: Meat. Beer. Rock and Roll: 120 Essential Recipes for the Modern Man” (Running Press, 2014).

In 2013, one of Valenciana’s burger creations, The Unholy Mole, was named one of the nation’s best by Thrillist.com.

Born and raised in Chicago, Valenciana is also national events manager for Goose Island Beer Co., and serves as the face of the organization for national media spots.
