Edward L. Boye

Dr. Edward L. Boye has a B.A. psychology, (M.Div.) Master of Divinity theology, M.A counseling, (D.Min.) Doctor of Ministry in psychology and theology. He is an ordained United Methodist minister, retired Clinical Pastoral Therapist, and Single Again workshop leader. He is also an artist, woodworker, and competitive swimmer.

In his book, "Is This The Jesus You Are Looking For?", Dr. Boye, creates a path through the barriers of doctrine, dogma, and staid church practices in order to connect to the humanity of Jesus, the universal Christ that is the source of all light and the internal and external presence of the Universal Power commonly referred to as God. This timely book is a quest for meaning in a Christian world fraught with hostility and confusion. He lives in Davidson, North Carolina with his wife.

He is also the author of "Musings: Reflections On Being", a collection of brief, uplifting essays on the many experiences of live and living.
