Trudy Jean Evans is a Key Note Speaker, Leadership Expert, Executive Coach, Trainer, and DiSC Expert. She is the Author two books on Leadership: The Kaleidoscope Leader and The Pied Piper Principle; Lead, and They Will Follow.

Trudy is also the President and co-owner of, The Raven Group, Inc. which focuses on helping people discover and enhance their personal leadership style. As an Executive Coach, she specializes in working with individuals all over the world to maximize their strengths and identify their areas of personal development

Through her Leadership practice, Trudy's personal mission is to be a positive influence in the lives of others and believes her success is predicated on the success of others.

Prior to starting The Raven Group, Inc. in 1998, she was an officer of Spherion Corporation. During her 15 years there, Trudy held a number of positions including Regional Field Executive, National Sales Director, and Vice President of Training and Administration. Additionally, she spent nine years with a St. Louis based medical book distributor, advancing through the organization while learning on the job.

As a Leadership Expert, Author, and Professional Speaker, Trudy delivers presentations on topics such as Uncovering Your Blind Spots, High Power Performers, The Influential Leader, Emotional Intelligence, Personal Branding, Cultural Awareness, and Astonishing Customer Service.
