Discovering she is no good at nine to five, ML turned to writing when her children had flown the coop. An avid reader, she's read many genres with a soft spot for Romance and cozy mysteries. She is now sticking her neck out by publishing her own work, and hopes you enjoy it as much as she has enjoyed creating it.

'Stories to me are always about the characters and I need happy endings. These are the guiding principles of my plots.'

You could call her a Jack-ess of all trades. Her life has mainly consisted of animal care, including being a vet tech, and anything to do with horses. In performing arts she's acted, directed, done tech work, and sung whenever she got the chance. She's done short stints in the conservation service, insurance, banking and retail.

'I like to think my checkered employment record has added layers to my understanding of the world and the people in it and not just indicated that I'm a flake.'
