Petter Ogland

Dr. Ogland is a visiting researcher at the University of Oslo and an award-winning scientist with three decades of experience as researcher, manager and advisor within industry and academia. He has published several books and a large number of peer-reviewed journal articles, writing about Total Quality Management (TQM) through the perspective of systems theory.
