Charmain Ingleton

Charmain Ingleton was born and raised in North London, England. When she's not writing, she likes to spend time with her family and friends.

Where most authors write in one genre Charmain has two. She likes creating children’s picture books and writing sci-fi stories.

Charmain started writing in 2007 by self publishing a fictional story called, “People Like Me.”

Soon after, Charmain created a multi-cultural series of picture books for children aged 4-years and upwards based on the character ‘Andy Go Joe,’ and her love of writing children’s stories began.

Then in 2017, Charmain published her first science fiction book in the Walkways series called “The Walkways Awakening.”

This was followed by three more books; “The Walkways Olesia,” “The Walkways Obsidians,” and "The Walkways Trilogy.” These science fiction books were created to inspire and ‘Awaken’ readers minds to what’s happening to the planet and to what’s already here! The story-line includes - hydraulic fracturing, the Hadron collider, portals, aliens, hybrids, a female warrior, dark magic and much more….

As Charmain’s inspiration and creativity continues to grow, just like the universe her writing is infinite...

Charmain’s mission is to encourage children to read for pleasure and inspire imagination and creativity forever. For adults writing is therapeutic, clearing the mind as thoughts are written down on paper.
