Brian Czarnik

Brian Czarnik was born just outside of Chicago in 1971 and grew up working labor jobs and trying to figure out what he wanted out of school. At 17 he joined his first rock band, Oblivion, and spent the next 12 years playing drums and chasing the rock star dream. While involved with bands and the punk scene Brian wrote music reviews, and music columns for several national and local publications including Punk Planet.

"JUST WORDS" is his first book about his adventures in the music scene.

Brian has spent the past 15 years working with exotic animals at accredited zoos and rescues. He now operates "Brian's Art for Animals" using his videos to raise awareness and funds for animal conservation.

"LOGAN" is a short book about the struggle of making it out of a Stalag prisoner camp. It was written after interviewing WWII P.O.W C. Logan while living in Florida. This book was recently revised and is now in the Kendle store.
