Ravi Kashyap has lived and travelled — studied plus partied, worked and worried, programmed and posed, modeled and mingled, taught and inquired, consoled and counseled — in Asia, America, Europe, Africa, Australia, and the Arctic Circle, while wondering where life will take him next — (think outside the box, or the planet, and wish Elon Musk good luck). He has six passports — and resident permits from several other countries — but he is not James Bond. He is not even a spy. He is just a couch, hammock — favorite position — and bed professor hoping to be a chair professor.

Ravi is fortunate to have experienced memorable times in the financial industry setting — setting the strategy for multi-billion-dollar financial services divisions and product managing multi-million-dollar products — while unfortunately having to witness disastrous accounts of human decision-making.
He moved to academia to understand — more thoroughly — why highly destructive financial crises were being spawned. A stint as a researcher made him realize the extreme insincerity, insecurity and intolerance prevalent in our higher educational institutions, even though there are many remarkable individuals doing exceptional work.
As frustration — that true welfare for everyone is still out of our reach, although we have taken significant strides in eradicating problems related to basic necessities — descended upon him and intensified his quest for answers, it turned into motivation. When frustration becomes motivation, sense will dawn like dawn. Necessity is the mother of all invention / creation / innovation, but the often forgotten father is frustration.
These problems — in business, universities and all across society — are part of the much wider vexing saga of the Seductive Siamese Twins — Bias and B.S. — overpowering mere mortals. Bias here refers to Cluelessness — Jumping to Conclusions without understanding something properly — and B.S. is Dishonesty.
Of course, all of us succumb to these pressures at times and perhaps, all of this makes life interesting at all times. Organizations are merely shells around shellfish selfish unfilled peoples — unfilled can also be unfulfilled. There are half empty crooked pots everywhere, but higher learning establishments have more than their fair share of them. And the problems multiply — and get magnified — when hollow vessels, purporting to be otherwise, end up influencing others — and what they learn — and policy matters disproportionately.
Hence, it is essential to ensure that all instructors — this includes every single one of us — are imparting the appropriate lessons for later generations. Unless we ensure that we provide the right role models for younger minds — by making sure that each member of humanity is worthy of emulation — taking human well-being to greater heights will be a tough ask, despite the tremendous progress we have made to remove / reduce survival pressures on most people.
Ravi’s work is focused on educating the educators — which is all of us — to help them overcome the allure of Bias and B.S.
He is one of the most read researchers globally on disciplines related to “Science without Borders, … Combined with the Arts”. A topic — which includes a lot of topics — though intriguing to some, could get very boring for others.
Hence, he spends a good deal of his time — distilling methods to surpass Bias and B.S. — to create engaging scripts such as poems, stories, rhymes, and other such literature, which are read more widely than scientific articles. Shake-Sphere was born in the author’s mind soon after the financial crisis, staying dormant and gaining powers perhaps, or perhaps there is another possibility. Perhaps, what is more important than gaining powers is gaining power over powers.
Before anything can become a reality, it has to be conceived in our mind’s first, right? Shake-Sphere became King-Kong Shake-Sphere in 2023.
“Being A Human Being” is one of the longest poems written in the English language. Written in an incredibly symphonic lyrical manner, it is about human trials, tribulations and triumphs versus Bias and B.S.
“London Bridge Is Still Falling Down …” is the longest version — found till date — of the magically melodious nursery rhyme “London Bridge is Falling Down … .” It is written specially for young children, but makes a very entertaining reading for all folks rated TT and FL.
“King-Kong Shake-Sphere in a Business Jungle” is the full story of King-Kong Shake-Sphere’s adventures in Business-Land. This is the work that will tie all the other portions — related to King-Kong Shake-Sphere’s escapades in business — together. Though the full compilation is lengthy and the major portions are complete, the plan is to release it — to the public — in smaller chunks over the course of several months.
This is the origin history of the King-Kong Shake-Sphere story series. Surely, there is more to life in this Cosmos than Business. Many later works are in the works, but, needless to say, they will depend on how life unfolds for the author. We might get to quiz a few celebrities — The Creators of The Cosmos — about their creation and how we fit into their schemes. We can only try to intuit mother nature’s plans and timing for our destinies. She will do what is right for us when it is right for us, if we do the right things …

The specifics of how many trees are to be planted for what size of the book, and so on, will not be covered here. Although lawyers, politicians, and the like would like to get involved in such themes, let us keep them out of this.
Once you spend enough time reading King-Kong Shake-Sphere on "Being A Human Being" and his other ordeals — while pondering who Shakes this Sphere that we live on — you will know what is the right thing to do.
"The source of most (all?) human conflict (and misunderstanding) is not because of what is said (written) and heard (read), but is partly due to how something is said and mostly because of the difference between what is said and heard, and what is meant and understood … .”
Hence, he hopes that no one will take any offense to whatever he has said anywhere. But if someone did get offended, or disturbed or acted inappropriately, he sincerely regrets that — though such incidents might be enjoyable for some, including him, as long as there is no violence or abuse. Such misunderstandings imply that we are merely human, full of Bias and B.S. We need to rise above such prejudices, and focus on the real challenges, to continue onward on this journey.
He is already famous, or infamous, — depending on who you ask, though both of these are almost the same for him, do not matter to him, and are not something he cares about — but please make him rich, which might matter a little to him, although it is also something he does not care about.
Definitely make sure your friends, neighbors, colleagues — say your mentors or mentees to make words like supervisors and sub-ordinates redundant — cousins, even distant relatives, spouses / lovers, especially ex-spouses / ex-lovers, classmates, students, teachers, etc. buy the King-Kong Shake-Sphere series since it will make them less serious — and minus Bias and B.S. — which will make your life much more delicious.
Anything that has a luscious taste is easier to ingest — and digest — while staying gracious. Anyone that has bought books with fantastic phrases will — sooner or later — be delightfully caught in words, which are highly sought. Surely, lovely lyrics are a balm to bring calm.
Putting these aspects — such as: vulgarly truthful jokes, moral marketing and candid commercials, which sound like oxymorons, but do not have to be if we fix the morons who believe they are (Bias), or pretend to be (B.S.), experts of the unknowns — aside. He would like to remind everybody that we are all idiots — not just the frauds doing charades — when compared to the intelligence of the creation around — and within — us. But when we accept that we do not know something, it will pave the way for wonderful possibilities as greater awareness will arise.
Don’t get this book — “King-Kong Shake-Sphere On Being A Human Being" — persuaded by the advertising, the reviews, the previews, or what others tell you. Indulge yourself, only if you want to see firsthand that “Every Verse is a Uni-Verse in this Multi-Verse Poem.” This is both literally and figuratively correct.
It is easy to see the portion about every verse being a single verse within a multiverse poem. You have to see the rest — the Uni-Verse within the Multi-Verse part — for yourself, and then you will treasure every piece of this piece about peace.
When younger readers have such material materials to groom them, they will produce even better compositions. To see that happening should be our most cherished dream.
Change happens in the Cosmos not when we desire transformation, but when the world is ready for it. Though all that needs to change is oneself and the world would have changed simultaneously as well.
