Vlad Tarko

Vlad Tarko is an assistant professor of economics at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He has a PhD in economics from George Mason University. He is originally from Bucharest, Romania, where he worked for four years at the Center for Institutional Analysis and Development.
