Christopher Reilley

Christopher Reilley is a New England-based poet and author whose work bridges poetry, prose and fiction. Twice nominated for the Pushcart Prize, he has served as Poet Laureate of Dedham, Massachusetts and is the founder of the Dedham Poet Society. His books include Grief Tattoos, Breathing for Clouds, One Night Stanzas, and Pour Decisions: Notes from Behind the Bar.

Reilley’s creative reach extends into the realm of cultural preservation: four of his poems are included in the Lunar Codex — a digital/analog time-capsule archive of global artistic works that has been carried to the Moon.

An active voice in local, online, and small-press poetry communities, Reilley is also featured in numerous journals, blogs and anthologies. His work reflects a strong regional identity while engaging universal themes of longing, place, and transformation.
