Nicole Lee is a Warrior Mom of three, self-published author of 12 transformative books, and the visionary founder of The Doula of Entrepreneurship. With a mission to empower entrepreneurs, Nicole specializes in eradicating mental barriers and manifesting abundance through emotional well-being tools, entrepreneurial strategies, and personal empowerment. ​ Her work is dedicated to positively impacting relationships, nurturing environments, and fostering cultural interconnectedness. ​

As a leader, organizer, and connector, Nicole exudes positive energy and has built strong relationships with state and federal organizations. ​

Her expertise spans entrepreneurship, leadership, strategic planning, project management, grant writing, and program development. ​ Nicole’s unique ability to guide individuals and organizations toward success has made her a trusted mentor and advocate for economic mobility and community enhancement.

Nicole’s professional achievements include serving as the Project Manager for the All-In Cincinnati Economic Mobility Project, where she works to build equitable, thriving neighborhoods. ​ She is also a graduate of the New Faces of Fundraising program, a grantee and grant reviewer for the US Bank Foundation/People’s Liberty, and a finalist in the Shark Tank Investor Event. ​

Her dedication to empowering underserved communities led her to establish the Warrior Moms Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit social enterprise that celebrates and supports single mothers and BIPOC women entrepreneurs. ​

In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Nicole has developed virtual courses like “How to Eradicate Fear – A Guide for Entrepreneurs”, providing actionable strategies to help entrepreneurs overcome challenges and thrive in uncertain times. ​ Her books and curriculums offer enlightenment on entrepreneurship, emotional well-being, and living a blissful life. ​

Nicole’s certifications include Emotional Intelligence, Napoleon Hill Philosophies Positive Mental Attitude Instructor, and Fundraising through the Association of Fundraising Professionals. ​ She was also a SCORE and Ocean Accelerator mentor, AmeriCorps VISTA program graduate, and holds a Managing Cosmetology and Instructor’s License. ​
