Ian Watts

Ian Watts was born in the UK in 1954 and grew up in the Birmingham area. Son of a policeman he unsurprisingly moved into the field of investigations at the age of 21 and remained an active investigator until he was 50. In 1997, Ian started a training Company primarily developing training for the security industry. Since then he has developed training in the UK, The Netherlands, Cyprus, Africa and the UAE for private and government clients at all levels.

Although he has been writing most of his adult life, Ian only began to write for publication in 2012. He mainly writes non-fiction for the loss prevention industry but has also written some poetry and is moving into fiction.
