William Stroud

William Stroud has lived his life in perpetual motion- during his formative years as a so-called military brat and as a military man, now retired, with over 25 years in uniform. Stroud has lived a truly cosmopolitan existence in and throughout many countries on three different continents. While his experiences are informed largely by the worldwide military culture, including a tour in Vietnam, his interests in educational matters remain rooted in home-grown Southern-fried lifestyle, a set of values and traditions that that continues to shape his stories and perspectives today.

In addition to writing novels, he also keeps an international blog covering everything from European travel, to intriguing recipes, book reviews, foreign languages, short fiction, and anything else that captures his fancy.
