J E Free was raised in Millville, New Jersey, attended Villanova University in Pennsylvania then on to Marietta, Georgia for his Doctorate in Chiropractic. Writing was always a part of his health care career but became more a profession of it's own when he started writing fiction in 2008. With 9 years of teaching as an Associate Professor and over 30 years of practice, his life experiences have given him oodles of quirky noodles to write about. You can be assured of laughing, learning and contemplating about his characters and their shenanigans. His novel, 'Island Vignettes,' takes place in a previous hometown of his, St. Simon's Island, Georgia. He still resides in the Golden Isles of Georgia with his lovely wife and their bothersome dog, Benny.
