Eileen Wasow

Eileen Wasow taught at the Bank Street School for Children in New York City, for over fifteen years, where she worked with three and four year olds and served as a Master Teacher for graduate students in the Bank Street College of Education.

In her final five years at Bank Street, she served as the Associate Dean in the Division of Continuing Education, where she focused on teacher training and professional development. After moving to Washington, DC, she worked at CentroNia, a large community based education center, which serves bilingual and multicultural children and families.

She retired in 2010 and now splits her time between the District of Columbia and Mexico. Eileen enjoys photography, biking, travel and writing.
