I love finding out what makes us humans tick, especially when it comes to consciously using our most effective communication tool, our bodies.

This passion for learning has led me on a journey of discovery through an international sales career where I have sold everything from car tires in Houston, Texas to retail banking delivery systems in over 20 countries.

The last 20 years I have been piloting my own company called Expanding Understanding as a workshop leader, public speaker, trainer and coach. ExpandingU is dedicated to an easier, more efficient and more profitable use of conscious body language when it comes to individual and organizational leadership, sales, presentations, service and teamwork issues.

I have also been learning the language of the body from 20 years of "Hands-on" experience from the soft and conscious practice of Body Harmony. I have now become a certified teacher in this exciting form of bodywork.

With all this knowledge and experience I have recently started writing it down and packaging it into what I call my "Sensational Soft Skills Toolbox". My book "Sensational Presentation Skills" is the first harvest of 20 of these over 100 skills. They are all simple practical skills designed to make it easy and fun to get more present and conscious to both work and play.
